Cliff Bragg

Advocate. Counselor. Trusted Advisor.

Cliff Bragg is a Wichita native, entrepreneur, former prosecutor, and trial attorney.

His storied background uniquely equips him to address a variety of legal matters in Criminal and Civil Litigation.

A Wichita Attorney with a Broad Perspective

A Wichita native, Cliff Bragg built his professional foundation through years of entrepreneurship, public service, and courtroom advocacy.

Before entering the legal profession, he owned and operated a successful local business, where he gained firsthand experience navigating the challenges that individuals, families, and business owners face every day. That experience taught him the value of clear communication, practical problem-solving, and earning the trust of the people he serves.

After obtaining his law degree and becoming licensed in Kansas, Cliff served as a prosecutor in one of Kansas’s busiest courts. In that role, he managed high-volume dockets, litigated contested motions, and tried numerous cases to verdict. The experience provided him with valuable insight into courtroom procedure, case evaluation, negotiation, and trial advocacy.

Today, Cliff brings those experiences together in private practice at Bragg Law.

His background as both a prosecutor and business owner allows him to view legal issues from multiple perspectives and develop practical solutions tailored to each client's goals. Whether assisting a family with estate planning, representing an individual in a criminal or civil matter, or helping clients navigate complex legal disputes, Cliff approaches every case with the same commitment to preparation, professionalism, and personal attention.

At Bragg Law, clients work directly with their attorney—not a case manager, not a call center, and not a rotating team of staff.

Cliff intentionally maintains a focused practice so that every client receives the attention, communication, and advocacy their matter deserves.

For Cliff, the practice of law is more than a profession. It is an opportunity to serve his community, protect the interests of his clients, and provide trusted counsel during some of life's most important moments.

Why I Practice Law

Legal problems rarely arrive at convenient times.

Whether you are planning for your family's future, navigating a dispute, facing criminal allegations, administering a loved one's estate, or dealing with an unexpected crisis, the legal system can feel overwhelming. During those moments, people need more than forms, filings, and technical advice. They need someone they can trust.

That belief is at the heart of Bragg Law.

I founded this firm on the conviction that the attorney-client relationship should be personal. Clients should know who is handling their case. Their calls should be returned. Their questions should be answered. Their concerns should be heard. Legal representation should never feel like a transaction.

In an era where many firms have become increasingly impersonal, I intentionally maintain a focused practice so that I can devote meaningful time and attention to every client I serve. My goal is not to process the highest volume of cases. My goal is to provide thoughtful counsel, diligent advocacy, and practical solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

I also believe that good legal counsel requires more than legal knowledge. It requires judgment, honesty, and the willingness to tell clients not simply what they want to hear but what they need to hear. Whether delivering good news or difficult advice, I strive to communicate with candor, professionalism, and respect.

The law is one of society's oldest professions because people will always need trusted counselors to help them navigate uncertainty. While the tools and technology of the profession continue to evolve, the principles that guide effective representation remain unchanged: integrity, preparation, service, and trust.

Those principles guide every matter entrusted to Bragg Law.
